Great leaders encompass the skills to influence and guide individuals, teams or an entire organization. Confidence, integrity and motivational skills are part of their makeup. The most effective leaders exhibit these traits and more.
In this session, leaders will receive training and support with becoming a more effective leader, building trust and garnering the respect of direct reports and peers, managing up and delegating to staff without burning out top employees.
Navigating Employee Relations through Covid-19 (2 hours)
With the current crisis, communicating with your staff can be challenging and is more important than ever. No matter the type of business, the covid-19 outbreak is changing every aspect of our daily lives, from the way we work to how we interact with one another.
In this session, leaders will receive training to support managing teams remotely, maneuvering through the performance management process and keeping teams on track while working from home.
Upskilled Employees (90 minutes)
Highly skilled employees lighten the load for senior management. They also contribute tremendously to company productivity. The “What” and the “How” of their performance is enhanced by their learning and development.
In this session, staff will receive training and support with removing the fear factor from work and establishing a team that does not exhibit the 5 tendencies of a dysfunctional unit.
