HR Team Support (3 sessions)
Recognizing the needs of HR Teams and helping them to avoid workplace stress and burnout is now a priority. HR Teams are a support function that is expected to guide employees and managers as professionals. The question is, who does HR turn to when HR needs help? Often there is no one who HR can turn to with the multitude of concerns and questions they have.
In the HR Team Support training, teams will review the success factors for an effective HR team to avoid burnout, the typical HR role types and their functions, strategic planning for the team and communication amongst team members. Team members will also be able to share their experiences and receive guidance on how to manage themselves and the diverse situations that HR can encounter.
