Trust is an important element that every company needs. Developing a trusting relationship between staff and management is a must in today's environment. Staff need to feel comfortable interacting with their leaders and vice versa. In this session they will learn how to manage up.
Leaders will learn how to grow and support a lasting and trusting environment with staff. They will also have the opportunity to review and discuss management accountability.
